2. What data we process
When you place an order: name, delivery and billing address, email address, order details and payment information.
When you visit the website: IP address, browser type, time of access and pages viewed.

3. Purpose of processing
We process this data to handle your order, deliver your items, process payments, answer enquiries and meet our legal obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties
To fulfil your order we share data with the following:
Shopify Inc. (Canada, USA) — running the online shop
Shopify Payments and Stripe — payment processing
PayPal — payment processing, if selected
TeemDrop (China) — name and delivery address for shipping
Shipping and logistics providers — delivery of your parcel

Transfers abroad
Your data is also transferred to countries outside Switzerland, in particular the USA and China. These countries may not offer a level of data protection equivalent to Swiss standards. The transfer takes place because it is necessary to fulfil the purchase contract. We only share the data required for shipping.

5. Retention
We keep order data for as long as legal retention obligations require. It is deleted afterwards.
