Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days
If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Just email info@crisreflection.com and we'll send you the return address.

Condition of the item
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.

Return shipping
Return shipping is at your own cost. Please make sure the parcel is fully franked and keep your receipt until the refund has been processed.

Refunds
Once your return has reached us and been checked, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll take care of it right away — in that case we cover all costs.

Exchanges
We can't process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the one you want.
