Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through crisreflection.com. The provider is Yorby Jose Fondeur, c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH #1632, Zürcherstrasse 84 , 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland, referred to below as CRIS REFLECTION.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment already made in full.

3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs. We are currently not liable for VAT, so no VAT is shown. Shipping costs are stated separately and visible before you complete your order.

4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is placed.

5. Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland. Stated delivery times are estimates, not binding commitments. Delays caused by transport or customs are outside our control.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Returns
Our returns and refunds policy applies.

8. Warranty
The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Defects must be reported to us without delay by email to info@crisreflection.com.

9. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data protection
Our privacy policy applies.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Altendorf, unless mandatory statutory provisions state otherwise.
